MTEC are currently working along side local secondary schools to deliver Education & Training in Child Care and Hairdressing.

N.V.Q and CACHE (Council for Awards in Children’s Care and Education) courses are for everyone. These nationally recognised qualifications can help people achieve their ambitions, whether they are:

Still at school
- A school leaver
- A qualified professional moving in to management
- A qualified professional wishing to update or enhance your professional knowledge
- Considering a change of career

Our qualified Teachers are educated to Certificate Education and Bachelor of Education, and are able to offer theory tutoring from our fully equipped computer suite. Nursery Staff are qualified as NNEB’s/ NVQ’s to offer Practical training from inside the nursery itself which enables the students to get a feel for what it is like to engage with the children in the work place.

All of the learners over the age of 16 are fully CRB checked, none of which are left unsupervised with the any of the children.
